Privacy by design

Analytics require consent. Funnel analytics use an opaque acquisition identifier and exclude contact information, ZIP, income and household details from the conversion ledger. Contact information submitted for assistance is handled separately from analytics.

We do not intentionally send personally identifying or sensitive eligibility information to GA4 or Clarity.

Requests for personal help

If you submit contact information, CoveragePath uses it to respond to your request for coverage assistance. Where the form states that a request may be routed to a licensed insurance professional, the contact information you submit may be shared for that limited purpose. CoveragePath does not treat that routing acknowledgment as permission for an outside professional to send automated marketing calls or texts.

Information from your coverage check

If you accept the contact disclosure and continue to choose a time, CoveragePath stores the following with your request and may provide it to the licensed insurance professional solely to prepare for and respond to your coverage-review request: your ZIP code, household size, expected household income range, current coverage and stated coverage goal. CoveragePath does not use these selections for advertising.

These selections are excluded from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, booking-link parameters (UTMs), public page addresses, and the analytics conversion ledger. When you continue to scheduling, only the name and email address you entered are passed to our scheduling provider, Calendly, to pre-fill the booking form.

When you affirmatively accept the contact disclosure, CoveragePath records the disclosure version and consent timestamp with the lead record so the consent presented at submission can be audited.

You may revoke contact consent by emailing info@coveragepath.org. Revocation does not affect processing that occurred before the request was received.
